Shipping
Physical goods ship from their linked store. Delivery times and costs are shown at that store's checkout.
Refunds & exchanges
Physical goods follow the linked store's return policy — reach out within 7 days of delivery for defects. Digital goods are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded, except for defects we can't fix.
Digital goods & license
Digital goods (themes) are delivered by email after payment. Each theme license covers one production site. Full license terms are on each product page.
